Dr. Tehrani qualified as a dentist in 2004 and has extensive general dental experience.

In 2012, she commenced 3 years of full-time specialist level training in endodontics (root canal therapy) at the prestigious Guy’s and King’s College Hospitals.

On completion of her training, she was awarded Masters in Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) with merit from King’s College London.

She was also awarded Membership in Endodontics from Royal College Surgeons, Edinburgh which is recognised as the end point of specialist level training.

In 2017, Banafshe also attained Licence in Dental Surgery (LDS) awarded by Royal College of Surgeons. She previously undertook and published research assessing the efficacy of various surgical grafting techniques and has presented her research findings internationally and was awarded first prize for her research at an international dental congress.

Banafshe is a conscientious and accomplished clinician and is passionate about providing the best level of treatment and clinical care for her patients.

She keeps up to date with the most current clinical techniques and procedures and is an active member of the British Endodontic Society.

Outside of work, Banafshe enjoys cookery, baking and spending time with her husband and daughter.
